What business support does for you

Every business comes with paperwork — registrations to file, licenses to keep current, reports that come due, and forms to send out at year end. When it's handled on time, you avoid late fees, missed deadlines, and the stress that comes with them.

We take care of the administrative side of starting and running your business. You tell us what's on your plate. We help you get it done.

Getting your business started

Business registrationWe help you register your LLC or sole proprietorship with the State of Florida and get set up correctly from the start.
EIN applicationWe help you apply for your federal EIN — the tax ID your business needs to open accounts, hire, and file.
Florida sales-tax registrationIf you sell taxable goods or services, we register you with the Florida Department of Revenue so you can collect and report sales tax properly.
Local licenses and permitsWe help you get your local business tax receipt and the city or county permits you need to operate.

All of the above is administrative filing assistance — not legal advice. We don't choose your entity type for you or promise a particular outcome.

Keeping your business running

Annual report filingFlorida businesses file an annual report each year to stay active. We prepare and file yours on time, so you don't risk falling out of good standing.
1099 preparation and filingIf you pay subcontractors, we prepare and file your 1099-NEC forms at year end, so your workers and the IRS get what they need.
Business changes and closuresWhen your business changes — a new address, name, or owner — or when it's time to close it down, we handle the filings that make it official.
General admin supportFor the everyday tasks that pile up — organizing documents, forms, and paperwork — we offer administrative help in prepaid blocks of time.

Common questions

How long does it take to register my business?

Florida processing times vary through the year, so we don't promise a date the state doesn't control. What we do promise: we prepare and submit everything correctly the first time, and we tell you what to expect the day we start.

Do I need an EIN?

Most businesses end up needing one — for a business bank account, for hiring subcontractors, and to keep your Social Security number off business paperwork. The IRS itself doesn't charge for an EIN; our fee covers preparing and handling the application for you.

What government fees will I pay?

Whatever the state or county charges for your filing — set by the agency, passed through to you at actual cost, and listed in your quote before any work begins. Never marked up.
