Discuss your website

A functional business website—not an online brochure

Your website should quickly answer three questions: what do you do, who do you help, and what should the visitor do next?

We shape the website around those decisions before adding visual detail. The result is a focused customer journey with useful information, clear calls to action, and a structure that can grow as the business adds services, locations, proof, or resources.

What the website process can include

Every project receives a written scope. These are the common building blocks.

Goals and customer journeyWe define the primary audience, the questions the website must answer, and the action each page should encourage.
Page and content structureServices, proof, frequently asked questions, contact paths, and supporting topics are organized into a clear hierarchy.
Responsive designPages are built to work across phones, tablets, and desktop screens with readable type and accessible navigation.
Conversion pathsCalls, forms, quote requests, appointments, or other agreed next steps are placed where visitors can act without confusion.
Launch preparationWe check links, metadata, search access, basic performance, sharing previews, and the agreed production setup before launch.
Bilingual optionsEnglish and Spanish page experiences can be planned together when bilingual content is included in the project scope.

A clear four-stage project

1

Discovery

We review the business, services, audience, current materials, competitors, and the desired customer action.

2

Structure

We agree on the page map, content responsibilities, keyword direction, features, milestones, and approvals.

3

Design and build

The approved structure becomes responsive pages. Feedback and revisions follow the limits defined in the proposal.

4

Launch

After final approval, we prepare the production version, connect the agreed tools, and provide the next-step information.

Scope, ownership, and ongoing work

A website project works best when responsibilities are clear before design begins.

The proposal identifies the pages, copy, features, languages, revision process, delivery format, ownership terms, hosting arrangement, and any maintenance. Domain registration, hosting, paid software, stock assets, photography, premium fonts, or outside services are listed separately when they apply.

After launch, Asega can quote updates or ongoing search work separately. The website itself remains distinct from Asega's bookkeeping and tax services, even when Asega delivers them together as one complete business launch.

Common questions

Can you redesign an existing website?

Yes, after reviewing the current site, content, platform, traffic signals, and ownership access. A redesign receives its own scope because migration and preservation needs vary.

Will I be able to request changes?

Yes. The proposal defines review points and the included revision process so feedback is organized and the launch stays predictable.

Are hosting and maintenance included?

Only when listed in the written scope. We show recurring or third-party costs separately so you know what continues after the initial project.

Give your business a useful place to be found.
