How much does bookkeeping cost in Miami?

The right price depends on how much activity your business has, how often the books need to be updated, and whether the records are already organized. A useful quote should explain all three.

What determines the price

Transaction volume is the clearest starting point. A business with one bank account and 25 transactions a month takes less time to reconcile than a business with several accounts, payment processors, payroll and hundreds of transactions. The number of accounts, sales-tax requirements, catch-up work and the quality of the records also affect the final scope.

Asega prices by service frequency and included volume. The Annual plan starts at $400 for up to 60 transactions in the year. Quarterly starts at $375 per quarter for up to 90 transactions each quarter. Monthly starts at $175 per month for up to 30 transactions each month. We review the accounts before confirming the fee, so a client knows the scope before work begins.

Annual, quarterly or monthly?

Annual bookkeeping can work for a very small operation that mainly needs clean totals for tax preparation. Quarterly service keeps low-volume businesses from waiting until year end. Monthly service fits active businesses that need current reports, regular reconciliations and answers while decisions are still timely.

Every Asega plan includes organized income and expenses, reconciled accounts and a profit-and-loss statement. QuickBooks subscription costs are separate. Catch-up work, unusually high transaction volume or complex cleanup receives a written quote before it begins.

Compare the plans before deciding

The cheapest plan is not automatically the best one. Choose a schedule that keeps the records current enough for the way you run the business. Review the complete bookkeeping packages and inclusions, then send a short description of your accounts and average monthly activity for a firm quote.

This page explains Asega's own published service structure. General recordkeeping guidance is consistent with the IRS recordkeeping guidance for businesses. Prices are service fees, not government charges, and may change only after the scope is reviewed with the client.
